| We use a flat shipping charge for all purchases so if you are purchasing multiple items your shipping will be significantly much lower than the combined shipping cost of each individual item. Most items are normally shipped via the USPS . Books are the exception to standard shipping, orders with books are sent via USPS Media Mail/Parcel Post to keep the shipping costs down. Please read the shipping policy for books here. We reserve the right to use a different shipping carrier if needed to insure proper delivery. |

| Current Payment & Shipping Options Currently we accept Pay Pal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks & Personal Checks (Allow 10 business Days). Shipping in the USA is normally by the USPS. Best way for a smooth transaction on our website follow payment instructions below. *Please note all orders including rocket motors must be shipped via Parcel Post (Ground) service, while this is often less expensive in some cases than priority mail its also slower in delivery. Please take note of this when you place an order that includes engines. You also have the option of having your kits/supplies shipped via normal USPS mail, while your motors are shipped Parcel Post. There is an additional postage charge for this so please inquire if you want to split your order in this fashion. Sorry at this time we cannot ship motors to Canada/Overseas or to APO/FPO address's |

| Shipping To Canada: We will ship to Canada but please inquire about your items and shipping before you purchase. We will happily send you a quote and if you agree to terms then an invoice. In most cases we can ship items to Canada via USPS which starts at $26.00 for the first 1lb. Please note packages that are longer than 36" will normally increase shipping charges. Please all funds must be in US dollars. |
| Shipping Overseas: We will ship to overseas address's but please inquire about your items and shipping before you purchase. We will happily send you a quote and if you agree to terms an invoice. We ship all overseas items via USPS . Rates start at $30.00 for the first 1lb for overseas shipping. Please all funds must be in US dollars. |
| Shipping APO/FPO: We will ship to almost any APO/FPO at priority mail rates, keep in mind however due to distance/overseas travel time and your location it can take up to 3 weeks to receive your package. If your package total weight is less than 12oz it can sometimes go via First Class Mail, which in some cases is cheaper. |

Returns (15 Days) To qualify for return all products require a Return Authorization (RA) Number prior to being returned, must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected. Consumables (adhesives,glue, tape,etc) are NOT returnable for any reason once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened. Spool & custom cut materials (kevlar/tubular nylon,cord,etc) are not returnable. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Uncle Mikes Rocket Shack shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Certain restrictions and exceptions apply. Shipping charges to return the product are your responsibility. Please use some type of delivery confirmation. Damaged Items Every item that leaves our shop is inspected for damage. It would help to provide some type of digital photo in order to file a claim. You can return damaged items for replacement. As for damaged kit parts we will happily contact the kit manufacturer to have them issue replacements. Shipping charges to return the product are your responsibility. Please use some type of delivery confirmation. |
